I have never been to Jaipur Literature festival but have heard a lot about its grandness. It is like a khumbh ka mela where you can find everyone authors, readers, delegates, artists and publishers all under one roof from the entire Asia Pacific countries.

It started on a very small scale on experiment basis in 2006 but with overwhelming response each year made it the largest literary festival in Asia-Pacific.

A wide range of things like readings, talks, debates, performances, children’s workshops and interactive activities takes place.

It is very colorful literature festival held in the pink city. The dates of Jaipur Literature festival 2014 has been announced. It will be on from January 17-21 at the historic Diggi Palace hotel.
