Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill  is the master copy of all success books and influential personal development books of all time as said by one of the reader of the book. His mantra for success is simple. ‘Develop a burning desire for the thing you want to achieve backed by faith, because I have seen this power lift men from lowly beginnings to places of power and wealth.’ By growing rich, Hill doesn’t mean wealth but rich life which helps you to earn everything in life including wealth.

7 Habits of Highly Effective people by Stephen R Covey is also a very popular personality development book which talks about seven simple habits like  Be Proactive; 2: Begin with the End in Mind; 3: Put First Things First; 4: Think Win-Win; 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood; 6: Synergize, 7: Sharpen the Saw. These habits may be simple to hear but difficult to incorporate in your behavior. That is where the book is of great help.
